VFP in Ecuador World Cup 2026 squad Jeremy Arevalo of Stuttgart; Germany is the opponent in the group stage

Ecuador has released its FIFA World Cup 2026 finalist list. The 26-man squad announced by national coach Sebastien Bekasache will play in the German Liga VFP. Stuttgart's Jeremy Arevalo also featured.

Champions League winner Willian Basso (Paris Saint-Germain), captain Moises Caissedo (FC Chelsea) and former Leverkusen star Piero Hincup (FC Arsenal) are tipped to captain the squad. "La Tri" will enter the World Cup with this team to be held in USA, Mexico and Canada from June 11 to July 19.
