How do coaches and team captains vote? And who is in the top-10?

After the end of the season, coaches and team captains participate in the unveiling of the "Best Young Soccer Player" award. They have to choose the five best Ribble footballers. All players participating in this award must be 21 years of age or younger at the start of the season. Coaches and captains must select only three players from their team.
A player voted by the leader or coach in first place gets 6 points, second place 4, third place 3, fourth place 2, and fifth place 1 point. Then, the points awarded by the team captains and coaches are tallied together.
In previous years, the "Best Young Footballer" award has been won by Kamit Agavalarov (2021/2022), Sergey Pinyaev (2022/2023), Konstantin Tyukavin (2023/2024) and Alexei Batrakov (2024/2025).
